RT 2012 : Les nouveaux objectifs à atteindre

etiquetteNRJ La réglementation thermique 2012 pour le bâtiment neuf (dite RT 2012) devrait permettre d'éviter l'émission de 13 à 35 millions de tonnes de CO2 ainsi qu'une économie d'énergies de l'ordre de 150 milliards de kilowattheures entre 2013 et 2020.

Finalement, la RT 2012 (sortie prévue en Novembre 2010) devrait limiter la consommation d'énergie primaire du bâtiment neuf à 50 kWh/m².an, soit l'actuelle norme BBC.

En revanche, une ultime modulation vient d'y être ajoutée :

Jusqu'au 1^er janvier 2015, la consommation d'énergie du logement collectif pourra être augmentée de 7,5 kWh/m².an. Cette majoration s'explique par les surcoûts de mise en œuvre constatés dans le bâtiment collectif.
