Pour exemple, une maison vient d'être labellisée BBC à Jarrie (Isère). Sa fabrication a permis de diviser par 4 la consommation d'énergie grise lors de sa fabrication (production, transport, déchets...) et permet également le stockage de 40 tonnes de CO₂.
