Programme je rénove BBC en Alsace

Encouragés par l'expérience réussie des "50 chantiers pionniers", la Région Alsace, le Groupe EDF en Alsace avec l'ADEME et les organisations professionnelles du bâtiment ont lancé le 10 mai le Programme Je rénove BBC.

L’objectif de ces nouveaux dispositifs est de développer les travaux d’améliorations thermiques « enveloppe BBC » de maisons individuelles existantes en :

multipliant et encourageant les rénovations thermiques globales Basse Consommation privilégiant l’isolation du bâti
poursuivant la mise en œuvre de matériaux et matériels thermiquement performants
permettant au particulier d’être accompagné dans son projet de rénovation thermique par un professionnel du bâtiment.

L’Appel à projets concerne uniquement les maisons individuelles existantes remplissant les conditions cumulatives suivantes :

être achevées depuis plus de 5 ans au 1er mai 2010 ;
être la propriété soit de l’occupant, soit d’un bailleur privé
ne pas dépasser en son sein 2 logements individuels appartenant au même bailleur privé
être situées sur le territoire de la Région Alsace.
